From a quick glance I took I have to say that you may want to remove your email &
add a contact form instead.
(Also, may I make the same request for my site here or should I start a new thread?)

I guess it wouldn't hurt to post the url here. However, like benzrf had to do, please show proof of ownership over the site. Post when you can, then either one of the other mods or myself will give the ok.

Thanks LoGiCaL__, I added an (HTS allowed to check...) line, hope that does it. The URL
is memoric.gr, feel free to try anything there. No sensitive content or anything resides
in it, it's just a "testing area". So pay no attention to the poor content & the visual result.
I'm mostly interested in the "Upload A File" & the "Contact Me" forms' security.

Good god! Your site looks like it could be good with a few tweaks, but... FRAME OVERLOAD!

I realize that I'm probably not one to talk when it comes to web design, but your site would look MUCH nicer if you condensed everything into just one page
