Username Changer & Remember Login

I think that for hackthissite a username changer would be good. I signed up with this username when i first ever started and now i have a proper name, f1r3w4ll tr0j4n, and i would prefer to change my username to that than have mosshack.
Im sure some people on HTS would agree with me on this one.

Also everytime i visit HTS I have to retype my login and password everytime. I think HTS should have a remember me checkbox to save people time. No im not being lazy just i think it owuld be an improvement for the site.

Please reply with your thoughts on these 2 and let me know what you think ?
Thanks

The username changer has come up before - search the forums. Also your new nick kind of looks bad :\.

As for remember password - anyone have any thoughts?

Yes. Logging in everytime I come here is very annoying.

You can, but I don't want to.
I'd rather just be logged in all of the time whenever I come on here.

As a user, I feel the same way ScrAm does. I know there are countless ways to make it faster/easier, but the user shouldn't have to be responsible for that. Not trying to sound greedy, but it's been like this at least a year.

Oh c'mon guys, are we hackers or what? :D
I edited the session cookie and now I am logged in for a few years ;)
But yeah, a little check box would be nice.
