Learning HTML

Is there a better way to learn html then what the site gives you?
The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing.
It is better to stay silent and be thought a fool, than to open one’s mouth and remove all doubt.
Why is abbreviation such a long word ?
Work hard and become a leader; be lazy and never succeed.

Or if downloading seems like a bad idea, just use googles translator!
Surely you can find it...under language tools on google's main page.
Remember, googles your best friend!

This is an excellent source.

Or you can go to your nearest bookstore (preferably Barnes and Nobel or Borders). There should be plenty of books on HTML, basics and advanced web design.

When I first started to learn some HTML I taught myself by using google to lookup tutorials etc... Then I become more interested and ended up taking a class on it called Multi Media Design and Education. But, once again your best bet is to start with the internet and then practice some of the HTML techniques you learn in notepad and save it as a .html file.

but what they aspire to do. - hacker-n-training
