Need computer help!

I have been searching around for a good WoW computer and recently decided to look for a barebones system and found something with this description:

Up for sale is an Aspire Q6600 mini-tower barebones system. It includes the tower, the Intel Core 2 quad-core Q6600 processor which runs at 2.4ghz, a Foxconn P965 motherboard, 4gb (4 sticks of 1gb each) of DDR2-667 PC2-5300u ram, an 80gb Sata 2 hard drive, a 500gb Sata 2 hard drive, and a PATA pci card so that you could use the old-style PATA hard drives if you want. To be able to use this system as a complete computer you'd need to install a dvd drive, a video card, an operating system, and a case cooling fan. The tower measures about 14 inches tall, length is about 17 inches, and width is about 7 inches. The included motherboard supports PCI Express x16 video cards. The motherboard has a total of 6 Sata 2 connectors. Please note that this motherboard will not allow you to overclock.

All I would need to put into it is a video card and fan (already have windows xp disc and external DVD drive). Does this sound any good? How much money should I put into getting this?

exactly $0, as long as your goal remains to be 'play WoW'. :p

New question... What is the system I described worth?

depends on where you buy and what company makes the parts.

first of all, i'd get some faster ram. 667 is kinda getting dated, find at least DDR2-800+.
you can sometimes find good barebones kits at tigerdirect.com, i bought a system from them a few months ago with an amd phenom for 150 bucks.

The Q6600 is actually a pretty good chip and has a lot of overclocking potential. At stock speeds, however, it's not really worth writing home about. I reckon you should probably give about $250-300 for the lot, since as mischief said, you're probably going to need new RAM. Then you're going to want a graphics card. If you're only playing WoW then I'd go for a Radeon HD 4850 or something while they are cheap. You'd probably be better off building your own from scratch.
