Learn all Sherlock Holmes movie(latest one) script. Then type it from your memory(Brain) into a post here.

You don't need to download anything!(Unless you are using IE then you would need to download and properly install Firefox 3.6 or latest)

LEARN!
Learn: HTML and master it.
Learn: PHP and JS; master them.

I think 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' is an excellent script to learn.

I would read the million other posts that are surprisingly similar to this one and any articles that have titles such as "basics", "guide", or "beginner's information",
Oh and the final realistic mission is to do your best to hack this site....
But I would suggest learning
-HTML
-JavaScript
-At least one programing language
-Learn about HTTP(S), ports, and packets
-And if you are going to do some web hacking then you probably want an interception proxy such as Blurp, WebScarab, or TamperData for Firefox
-For network hacking you want a port scanner to speed things up such as Nmap
-A brute forcer such as Cain and Able would be helpful to
And /A Midsummer Night's Dream/ is pretty good to

Learn how a computer works and communicates before you try "hacking" anything...

TamperData isn't an interception proxy.

How can you hack something if you don't know how it's put together?

First of all, you mean JavaScript. Secondly, yes it does change data that is displayed. But maybe there are things not displayed that you can also change...like form data and cookies.
