I also saw that you declared the Windows Api wrong look(For example VirtualAlloc), you should look into pinvoke and see how to import those API in .Net Languages

Also you should start using VB.Net(2013 is a lot user friendly, and easy to debug applications), copying the code from one place to another it is not quite gonna help you much, you also should learn how to debug, check memory, check variables, etc,

Also in .Net there is the Marshal class that helps you with the unmanaged code from managed code, like allocation memory, copying bytes, etc.
