Calling for testers!

Application 18 is almost ready, I just need a few people to test it for bugs, difficulty, etc. What makes Application 18 different from all other apps - is that it's a real application (albeit it's a small one). The goal of Application 18 is to create a key file that is valid for your user name - no...

Re: App 17!

I have solved the application. I traced the whole procedure, quite a big one, in the end I found one spot which made a comparisement. I determined the input of my password by trial and error looking at the comparisement. After 7 tries I determined the password. Maybe not the way to go, but I solved...

There is a bug, sorry about that. The length of the password is NOT static. This has since then been fixed (Though, it's not live yet), and it'll tell you the pass is wrong if the length isn't correct. Just take off all the padding (the key never ends with a dash, and by padding, I mean say ... 0's)...

Re: App 17!

Alright, basically .. this challenge will HOPEFULLY be an introduction to a series of applications about serial numbers, and keygenning. The idea is like almost any cryptography algorithm - in a way, for every string of text that can possibly exist, a key for that string also exists (no, they're not...
