Another good book I read was "Kingpin : how one hacker took over the billion-dollar cybercrime underground" by Kevin Poulsen. It is really good non-fiction.

In my opinion it is sort of like a preemptive wiretap on your phone without any cause. Just in case you ever do something wrong, you are never allowed privacy.
