So. I found the pattern. I found where the pattern wasn't. I used that to come up with a little under 9 bytes and appended to make an even 9 (I assumed that the last bit was part of it, even though it seemed to fit the pattern). I can clearly make out the first 8, but beyond that, I'm lost. Can anyo...

A hex editor actually made it pretty simple for me. A little bit of substitution and it appeared clear as day.
