SQL Injection Tutorial - Part 1 Introduction to SQL -libroot

([msg=91492]see SQL Injection Tutorial - Part 1 Introduction to SQL -libroot[/msg])

So, I posted an article going over the basics of SQL injection over at my personal site. It gives a quick run down of what SQL is and how SQL injections work. If that interests you at all, check it out (and feel free to stick around).

https://libroot.com/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=33

I plan on following up with two more articles that will go more in depth with SQL injection. Feel free to comment on it.
Happy Hacking, ladies.

This is a solid article man. Nicely done :ugeek:

Thanks for doing this.

Coupled with a few other examples and using DVWA, I was able to understand this fully this time. First time I read it, I didn't really get it.
In training....

It's possible to do injections on just about any database, and that's because the vulnerability lies in the logic between passing data from the client to the database. It doesn't have to be PHP that is handling that data, as long as the logic (be it PHP, Perl, Ruby, Python, etc) doesn't properly sanitize that data.

For some reason I can`t see the article on your website OP.
Is it gone, or am I doing something wrong?
